I am so grateful to everyone at Dr. Butura’s office. Best experience ever, google sent me to the right doctor when I was looking for the best oral surgeon in Phoenix. Everything was so quick, everyone was so friendly and the procedure itself was so easy, I just remember feeling a little dizzy after Dr. Butura injected the anesthesia through the IV, and I was going to say I think it’s working when I believe I fell asleep because I don’t remember anything else. Next thing I know my mom is in the room and I am ready to go home. Again thanks to everyone at the office for such great experience.

This office is amazing! Everyone is sooo friendly, even though I was running late from traffic they were so understanding. You can tell the Dr. knows exactly what he was doing and I really wasn’t in much pain after my procedure and healed perfectly. I was so scared about getting my wisdom teeth removed but I shouldn’t have been. Overall a great experience and I’m happy I didn’t go anywhere else. Great price and great customer service. My 12 year old daughter recently had teeth extracted by Dr Butura and we could not have had a better experience! She suffers from anxiety and panic attacks so I wanted a doctor who was calm and confident in what needed to be done. Unlike many Dr's who have stressed my daughter out, he put her right at ease, explaining what he was going to do, answering her questions and letting her know it was no big deal and that he does this all the time. His support staff was also kind, helpful and sympathetic in keeping her calm and at ease before and after the surgery. As promised, the procedure went smoothly and her recovery was quick and easy. Dr. Butura did a great job taking care of my painful wisdom tooth. What really impressed me was the time he took to explain in detail his plan for my surgery, what was going to happen, how long it would take, and what I needed to do to manage the post-operation recovery. The best advice also came from his team, especially the insistence that I use ice packs to reduce the swelling. Dr, Butura patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. It gave me the confidence that he was fully engaged and completely knew his job. So his surgery was technically great but his personal touch is really appreciated too.

Have been to serval other surgeons and they all gave me scared vibes which is why I kind of waited so long to get them out but this office and staff made sure I knew I was in good hands went in yesterday to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was quick and I am at home now recovering with little to no pain, swelling went down instantly I am amazed and so glad I chose this office!! I have a low tolerance for pain and this staff and the doc made sure I wouldn’t suffer! Thank you guys so much especially during these hard times!

The entire staff including Dr. B were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. I took both of my kids at the same time to have their wisdom teeth removed. They did an amazing job. I ended up having to call after hours due to an issue with the pharmacy and the doctor himself actually answered my call and immediately took action to help fix the pharmacy error. I had never been to this office before and was so happy with the staff and their work. I would most definitely refer anyone I know to this office!! Great job!

Dr Butura and staff are all rockstars! I've always had a fear of anything dental so getting my wisdom tooth extracted was something I was not looking forward to. Marie at the Front Office got me scheduled for my consultation right away and made the process stress free. Dr Butura answered all my questions and concerns in our consultation, not sugar coating anything and then I scheduled my surgery in the coming two weeks. On the day of my surgery, Sharon greeted me at the door to bring me back to my surgical room and immediately made me feel more calm chatting until Dr Butura came in. A few mins later, Dr Butura greeted me cheerfully and was ready to get the show on the road! In what felt like seconds later, I woke up and it was all over and I was able to go home to rest. The day after my surgery, the front office ladies called to check up on me, excellent customer service! The entire process was super smooth and I am so happy I was referred to Dr Butura. If I ever need to return to the office, I know I will be in good hands.
